PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

SUBJECT
The subject of this Distance Sales Contract Preliminary Information Form (“Preliminary Information Form”) is to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188 regarding the sale and delivery of the service whose specifications and sale price are provided below by the SELLER to the BUYER. By accepting this Preliminary Information Form, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that, in the event the appointment service is confirmed, they will be obligated to pay the price of the service and any additional fees, if applicable, and that they have been informed accordingly.

SERVICE DETAILS OF THE CONTRACT
4.1. The main features of the service are available on the SELLER’s website. The service essentially allows the BUYER to create an online appointment on www.yonneti.com and participate in a "virtual" meeting with Yıldız Berk Education Consultants. In return for this appointment service, for the selected date and time, the BUYER will make a payment to Yıldız Berk Eğitim as presented on the website.
4.2. The listed prices and offers remain valid until updated or changed. Prices listed for a specified period remain valid until the end of that period.
4.3. The total price, including all applicable taxes for the service subject to the contract, is shown in the table below.

GENERAL TERMS
5.1. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the main features of the service, the sale price, and the payment method on the SELLER’s website, and they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically. By confirming the Preliminary Information electronically, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have correctly and completely obtained the essential features of the service to be provided, the price including taxes, and payment information before the distance sales contract was concluded.
5.2. The SELLER agrees, declares, and undertakes to perform the service subject to the Contract in compliance with its legal obligations, to act in accordance with the principles of accuracy and honesty, and to maintain and improve service quality.
5.3. The BUYER agrees, declares, and undertakes that they will confirm this Preliminary Information Form electronically for the performance of the service subject to the Contract, and in the event the service fee is not paid or is canceled in the bank records for any reason, the SELLER will have no obligation to provide the appointment service.
5.4. In case of force majeure, natural disasters, war, fire, government decisions, or any other unforeseen and uncontrollable events that prevent or delay the performance of the Contract, the Party affected by force majeure must notify the other Party within 12 (twelve) hours of the occurrence. Otherwise, no compensation will be claimed. If the SELLER is unable to perform the service on the agreed date due to force majeure, the SELLER agrees to notify the BUYER, and the BUYER will have the right to request the postponement of the appointment until the obstacle is resolved. In the event that the appointment is canceled by the BUYER due to force majeure, the amount paid by credit card/bank card will be refunded to the BUYER’s bank within 14 (fourteen) days after the cancellation. The BUYER acknowledges that the refund process to the BUYER's account by the bank may take an average of 2 to 3 weeks and that the refund timeline is entirely dependent on the bank's transaction process, and the SELLER cannot be held responsible for potential delays.
5.5. The BUYER consents to the sharing of their personal data with third parties in compliance with the relevant regulations, for the purpose of providing the appointment service.
5.6. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the preliminary information about the main features, sale price, and payment method of the service on the SELLER’s website, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
5.7. The BUYER agrees, declares, and undertakes that if the payment for the service subject to the contract is not made or is canceled in the bank records for any reason, the SELLER’s obligation to provide the appointment service will cease.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification, provided that they notify the SELLER at least 12 (twelve) hours before the appointment date. In such cases, the BUYER will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Once the deadlines stated in this clause have passed, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under this Contract. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER. By accepting this Contract and this Preliminary Information Form, the BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed about the right of withdrawal in advance.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing via registered mail, fax, or email and must comply with the rule of notifying the SELLER at least 12 (twelve) hours before the appointment date as stipulated in this contract.
COMPETENT COURT AND ARBITRATION BOARDS
7.1. The BUYER may submit complaints and objections to the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Boards located at the place of residence of the BUYER or where the transaction was conducted, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade. Consumer Courts will have jurisdiction over disputes exceeding these limits.

This Preliminary Information Form, consisting of 7 (seven) articles, is an integral part of the Distance Sales Contract.
